Let dance move you! Gain flexibility, balance, poise, strength and grace while learning the fundamentals of ballet. Learn the basics from proper foot positions to body alignment in a fun, creative and supporting environment. Technique: Classes are taught with a focus on encouraging the students to discover their strengths and work on improving overall alignment and flexibility through the basics of classical ballet. In certain classes, a portion of the class is devoted to the Ollom Floor Series©. This core development exercise program goes beyond a standard abdominal class to strengthen the core muscles that are central to any movement.

John Ollom received his BFA in Ballet from TCU where he trained under Stephanie Rand, Li Chou Cheng of Beijiing Ballet and Fernando Bujones of ABT and the Royal Ballet. He was the only male dancer chosen to dance Fernando's original choreography in Reggio Emilia,
